What does the KW Heritage Tech Team do?
The KW Heritage Tech Team offers a suite of services aimed at enhancing KW Heritage agents’ tech and marketing efforts. Agents can schedule a one-on-one consulting appointment with them to discuss a variety of marketing topics including database management within the Command CRM and other popular platforms. Their expertise includes social media strategy and compliance, ensuring that an agent’s online presence is both effective and in line with industry standards. In keeping up with social media, they offer insights into paid ad strategy, helping businesses maximize their advertising budgets. Along with this, they can assist in website creation/management, email & direct marketing, and many other marketing strategies & platforms. Additionally, when they are not meeting with agents for tech appointments, they are focused on a multitude of projects, teaching, and troubleshooting issues that arise for our agents
Our I.T. Director, Dan Flores, provides I.T. assistance for Agents and Staff within KW Heritage. He can assist with Laptops/Macs, Printers, Mobile Devices, and can provide guidance on overall IT issues and Cyber Security concerns. "Jack of all trades, master of the majority of them" - Dan 2025

No worries! Please give us a heads up before your appointment so we can make accommodations and help you reschedule your appointment! You can also check any confirmation emails you may have received for a cancellation or reschedule link.
